Gita Jayanti (गीता जयंती ) is the symbolic birth of Srimad Bhagavad Gita ( श्रीमद भगवद गीता ). It is celebrated on the Margashirsha Shukla Ekadashi ( मार्गशीर्ष शुक्ल एकादशी ), the 11th day of the waxing moon of the month as per Hindu panchang.
This year, the International Gita Mahotsav 2019 held in Kurukshetra from 23 November to 10th December.
Gita Jayanti (गीता जयंती ) will be celebrated on 8th December 2019 & in 2020 it will be 25th December.
